REFUND POLICY
Products & Services
All sales for physical shipped products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for Change of Mind.
If the client receives a damaged or defective product, we require photo evidence to be provided to us using the chat option within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Upon receiving the returned item an assessment will be done and the purchaser will be notified of the outcome. We will do our best.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items are to be packaged and shipped backed the same way it was received.
Refunds are not given when agreeing to a ’special’ or ‘discounted’ purchases.

Services: Refunds are not given for change of mind. Payment is based on equivalent exchange of our energy and time. No refund on 'discounted' services.
